Payment:
50% Deposit at the time of booking either by EFT or credit card guarantee or by arrangement.
Child Rates:
APPLICABLE FOR CHILDREN SHARING WITH 2 ADULTS.
R20.00 per year of age up to 12 years sharing with 2 adults, thereafter rates on application.
Check In & Out:
Check In – is after 14h00 or by arrangement.
Check Out – is 11h00 or by arrangement.
Cancellation Policy:
– 50% Deposit required to confirm all bookings.
– Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
– Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival – full refund.
– Cancellations after 30 days prior to arrival – full 50% deposit will be forfeited.
– Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of the booking total will be forfeited.
– We trust that you will understand that in the event of a premature departure we are obliged to charge for the full extent of the stay booked. No exceptions unless the room / rooms can be relet.
– No show will be charged.
